He is currently a staff psychiatrist and director of neuromodulation at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Hospital. Recently, he worked for four years as the attending inpatient geriatric psychiatrist at the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Hospital and an affiliated clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at Stanford University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
