I completed my internship in internal medicine at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, which was followed by my diagnostic radiology residency at Duke University Medical Center, where I also served as chief resident. I completed my vascular-interventional radiology fellowship at Duke in 1999. Dr. John M. Lesher is a triple board-certified and fellowship trained physiatrist with subspecialty certifications in Sports Medicine and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, as well as additional credentialing in musculoskeletal ultrasound (RMSK). He brings nearly two decades of clinical experience focused on the nonsurgical treatment of spine and orthopedic injuries.
