Veterinarian, Animals - Expert witness in Equine abuse and neglect, in addition to small animal welfare. I have spent 30 years testifying in court against animal (equine) abuse and neglect. I have written multiple articles identifying the neglected horse and securing methods to prosecute those involved with equine abuse.

I have won multiple professional awards from the Humane Society of the U S and AAEP for my contributions for identifying and ending equine abuse and neglect. My welfare cases also include additional species other than horses: cattle, dogs, cats, goats, rabbits, poultry and snakes.
