I have being practicing emergency medicine as a physician assistant for 15+years, since 2011. I have always seen patient's of all ages, but most recently 2/3 of my shifts are specifically in a pediatric ER, while the other 1/3 are at a community hospital and level 1 trauma center. I pride myself on caring for wide range of acuities and keeping my knowledge up-to-date. I started doing medical case reviews the last 3 years and have done a total of 11 (5 plaintiff and 6 defendant).
