Mr. Klitsch is a well-respected fire & explosion investigator in the industry, having been in the field for 25+ years. He has offered expert opinions in local, state, and federal courts, in both civil & criminal courts. His attention to detail and compliance with NFPA 921 and NFPA 1033 resulting in fact-based, solid opinions. Mr. Klitsch retired from the Pennsylvania State Police in 2012, after 20 years of honorable service to the citizens of the Commonwealth.
