Michael S. Gould is a court-qualified expert in dog bite analysis and canine aggression with more than 30 years of experience training, supervising, and deploying canine teams for private and government agencies. He was a founding member of the NYPD canine unit and later moved to the Nassau County Police Department, where he achieved the rank of Lieutenant and was appointed to the position of Commanding Officer of the Department's Canine Unit.
