I am a practicing neurologist, sub-specializing in Concussion/mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI) and Neurophysiology/Neuromuscular diseases. I earned my medical degree (M.D.) at the SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York, and then went on to complete my residency in Neurology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. During residency, I was elected to serve as Chief Resident. Following residency, I completed a fellowship in Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular diseases, also at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. I began private practice in 2006, in St. Petersburg, Florida. In addition to my private practice and multiple hospital affiliations, I served a two-year stint as the Chief of Medicine at the Bayfront Medical Center, a major level 2 Trauma center.
