Dr. Rowe is a licensed psychologist in the state of CA. She received her doctorate at an APA accredited university, the gold standard in the field of psychology. She has been working in this field since 2010.
Dr. Rowe is a litigation consultant, provides expert testimony, and conducts medical-legal/psych-legal evaluations. She works with defense and plaintiff attorneys throughout the country. She has completed thousands of hours of evaluations, interpreting psychological tests, research, and report writing to meet the standard of care. She also evaluates malingering or exaggeration of psychiatric symptoms within litigation.
