I completed my undergraduate studies at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and majored in Biopsychology and minored in Moral and Political Philosophy. I went on to complete my Masters degree in Public Health at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut before starting medical school in Dayton, Ohio at The Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University. After graduating from medical school, I moved from Ohio to Indiana and I completed my Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism fellowship in Indianapolis, Indiana at The Indiana University School of Medicine.
After graduation, I started the first endocrinology practice in Boone County Indiana at Witham Hospital in Lebanon Indiana in 2012. I successfully grew this practice from the beginning and this practice is now very busy with multiple endocrinologists and diabetes educators.
