Since 1996, Dr. Baker has been board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In the private practice of plastic surgery, he has had across the board experience in reconstructive surgeries for patients who suffered severe facial trauma, complex injuries to the hands and lower extremities as well as countless breast and skin cancer reconstruction surgeries.
