After completing his undergraduate education at Yale University, Dr. Colin Knight earned his medical degree at the University of Virginia. Following a surgical internship at UVA, Dr. Knight served as a Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force. In that capacity, he served as a primary care physician, occupational and travel medicine specialist, aircraft mishap investigator, and human factors consultant, and served on multiple deployments within the United States and overseas. He then completed surgical training at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh and pediatric surgery training at the Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit.
