Dr. Karen Kim Quirk, M.D. is Board Certified in General and Vascular Surgery. She earned her under-graduate degree from University of California at Berkley in 1998, where she was awarded a UC Regents Scholarship. Dr. Quirk earned her Medical Doctorate from the University of California at Irvine, School of Medicine in 2006. She completed her General Surgery Residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center and Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at University of California at San Diego. Dr. Quirk is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the Western University of Health Sciences and an attending staff at Community Memorial Hospital. Dr. Quirk has presented clinical papers at several meetings of the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery and the Western Vascular Society and has authored and co-authored more than fifteen research papers and abstracts.

Dr. Conlan has extensive experience as an expert witness since 2004. In the past, he was CEO of Florida Wound Care Doctors, Central Florida’s only medical practice concentrating exclusively on wound care. Currently Dr. Conlan is Medical Director of the Orlando Health Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Program. Dr. Conlan oversees the care of wound patients in both the inpatient as well as outpatient hospital settings. Dr. Conlan is inspired to help his patients overcome even the most severe types of wounds. He established his Central Florida practice in 1996. In 2001, he became a Certified Wound Care Specialist allowing him to practice wound care & hyperbaric medicine on a full-time basis. Dr. Michael Cascio is a Physician, board certified in Family Medicine and Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine (UHM). He is also a Certified Wound Specialist (CWS). He has been practicing wound care and hyperbaric medicine full time for approximately 12 years. He has provided wound care to patients in multiple settings, including hospital outpatient wound centers, acute and long term acute care facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.
