Tavish Spargo is a board‑certified physician associate who has practiced plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford Health Care since 2019. After earning his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Southern California, he moved to the Bay Area and joined Stanford’s plastic surgery program. During his training he completed an intensive senior clerkship in trauma plastic surgery and worked for a prominent trauma/plastic surgery group in Pasadena. In his current role he supports several plastic surgeons and manages outpatient care for cosmetic and reconstructive patients. Tavish’s clinical focus includes breast reconstruction, body contouring, facial trauma/reconstruction, abdominal wall reconstruction, soft tissue reconstruction, free flap reconstruction, lymphedema, complex wound care and cosmetic surgery.
