He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in Surgery with added qualifications in Surgical Critical Care. He holds a current, unrestricted medical license in Ohio.
Dr. Dorion attended medical school at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine and completed a General Surgery residency at Mercy Health - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. He completed the prestigious University of Pittsburgh Multidisciplinary Adult Critical Care Fellowship. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force Medical Corps where he served as a staff general surgeon and General Surgery Chief.
