I have practiced medical oncology in the Denver area since 1993. For the first 15 years, I was a partner at Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers. For the past nearly 17 years, I practiced at Kaiser Permanente Colorado (KPCO). During my time at KPCO, I was involved in leadership, quality and teaching. I spearheaded the development of a multidisciplinary cancer program, was the leader of my oncology team and was also the leader of our multidisciplinary breast cancer team. During my internal medicine internship, I was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA, medical school honor society) and received numerous teaching awards for my dedication to teaching.
