Dr. Seidman is a board-certified anatomic pathologist. His main area of expertise is gynecological cancers. As an expert witness over the past 25 years, he has reviewed medical malpractice cases involving ovarian, fallopian tube, endometrial and cervical cancers, in addition to breast cancer, urologic cancers and gastrointestinal cancers. Dr. Seidman earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in 1987 and trained in anatomic pathology at Georgetown University, University of Maryland Hospital, and the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology where he specialized in gynecologic and breast pathology. He was Director of Gynecological Pathology at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. from 1995 through 2013.
