Dr. Sheryl Thailer is a licensed clinical psychologist with a specialty in forensics for 40 years. Dr. Thailer has conducted hundreds of forensic evaluations and provided expert consultation on various cases involving civil, criminal and family law. Dr. Thailer has represented both plaintiff and defendant. From the defendant perspective she provides expert reports on the effects of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, medical malpractice, personal injury and trauma for psychological damages. From the defendant perspective she provides reports on the likelihood of malingering and secondary gain in order to secure monetary reward. She has been deposed numerous times. She has been deemed an expert by courts in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virigina. Known for objective, evidence-based opinions, Dr. Thailer has testified as an expert witness in state and federal courts.
