My career includes over 50 years in the building design and construction industry. My training includes continuing expert witness training through SEAK. On either a consulting or formal witness basis, my services on behalf of both defendants and plaintiffs, include support on a wide range of cases: construction defects and their causes, insurance claims analysis, poor planning and project management, and construction testing. In addition, my services include reviews of contracts at all levels, analysis of planning and scheduling, cost estimates, standards of care, and other aspects of the design and construction transaction. All services are geared to identify any irregularities, even those that are not clearly spelled out in the complaint.
