I am a highly skilled and dedicated professional specializing in personal injuries that stem from failure to complete work that is in compliance with the Building Code. This would include falls due to shoddy construction, poorly build or illegally build stairways, poorly built or illegally built decks or floors constructed without the required permits and inspections. I have forty years experience in the construction industry. Twenty-eight years as a licensed builder/contractor and for the last twelve years as the Building Commissioner for a municipality on Cape Code MA.
