Gary Gilmore is a construction executive, consultant, and expert witness with nearly 40 years of experience in residential, commercial, multi-family construction. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Construction for a regional real estate organization and is the founder and principal consultant of Site Pro Solutions, LLC, where he provides construction consulting, project evaluation, due diligence, capital planning, and expert witness services. Throughout his career, he has managed and overseen construction projects ranging from small renovations to capital improvement and development projects exceeding $10 million in value. His experience spans virtually every phase of the construction process. Beginning his career with hands-on field construction experience, Mr. Gilmore developed a practical understanding of construction means, methods, materials, sequencing, workmanship standards, and jobsite operations before advancing into leadership and executive management roles. This combination of field experience and executive oversight provides a unique perspective that bridges the gap between construction theory and real-world project execution. Gary has worked on projects throughout the United States. His work has included residential, multifamily, commercial properties, renovations, rehabilitation projects, capital expenditure (CapEx) programs, property repositioning initiatives, deferred maintenance projects, and large-scale portfolio improvement programs. A significant portion of his career has focused on advising institutional investors, real estate investment groups, and property owners regarding construction-related risks, project feasibility, capital planning, asset preservation, and property condition assessments. He has provided construction leadership and consulting services for major investment organizations, including Hudson Advisors, and has consulted on projects involving institutional investors such as Goldman Sachs.
