Dr. Maarij Baig, DO, MS is double board-certified in Critical Care Medicine (2023) and Internal Medicine (2021) by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He currently serves as an Intensivist and ICU Assistant Medical Director at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, Maryland, where he manages critically ill patients in the medical and surgical ICU, leads multidisciplinary teams, performs advanced procedures, and provides medical and administrative oversight to maintain the highest standards of care.
Dr. Baig earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Mary Washington.
