Currently I practice as an Academic Hospitalist and Critical Care Physician associated with the University of Washington School of Medicine in Boise, Idaho. I completed my Adult Critical Care Fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center and my Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford and at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital. I served as Medical Director of a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Idaho for 10 years and have practiced both Pediatric Critical Care and Adult Critical Care for most of my 25 year career in multiple hospital settings ranging from suburban community hospitals to academic medical centers and government hospitals. Dr. Debra Hillier is a board certified pediatric and pediatric hospital medicine physician. She brings over 20 years of clinical experience in an incredibly broad range of care areas, including pediatric hospital medicine, pediatric intermediate and critical care, pediatric emergency medicine, and pediatric procedural sedation. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at a world-renowned medical institution. Dr. Hillier has extensive clinical experience both in a top-tier children’s quaternary care center as well as pediatric community hospital sites. Richard N. Bradley, MD has met the highest training standards by being fellowship trained and board certified in Emergency Medical Services by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He recently retired as a Professor of Emergency Medicine from the McGovern Medical School, where he founded and led the Division of EMS and Disaster Medicine, created the school’s EMS Fellowship, and designed and led a medical student seminar on EMS and Disaster Medicine. He continues in active service as an EMS Medical Director for several EMS Agencies. He started his career as an EMT in 1980 and practiced as a paramedic in California for six years before medical school. In addition to practicing as a paramedic in three states, he also has over twenty years’ experience as a volunteer firefighter.
