Steven Fowler, MD is Board Certified in General Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He is also a Fellow of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (FASMBS).
He is the Medical Director and founder of the Hawaii Center for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery at Adventist Health Castle. The program participates in the MBSAQIP reporting and has been certified since 2009.
His busy practice focuses on Gastric Bypass, Sleeve Gastrectomy, Duodenal Switch, and revisional bariatric operations. In addition, he performs foregut and abdominal wall surgery.
