Dr. Jonathan Varghese is a board-certified anesthesiologist with advanced training and active clinical practice in both anesthesiology and interventional pain management. He maintains a high-volume procedural practice and routinely performs complex image-guided spine and peripheral nerve interventions, including epidural steroid injections, facet joint interventions, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, and other neuromodulation procedures. In addition to his interventional work, he remains actively engaged in perioperative anesthesia care, including procedural sedation, intraoperative management, and postoperative pain control. Dr. David Levi received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte, North Carolina where he served as Chief Resident. Following residency, he completed his fellowship in spine and musculoskeletal medicine in New Orleans at LSU. Dr. Levi currently practices in Virginia Beach, Virginia with The Jordon-Young Institute. Dr. Levi is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is an active member of several organizations including the International Pain and Spine Intervention Society, North American Spine Society and the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
