Kenneth Dees, P.E. CFM has over 40 years of experience in the water resources industry and is a senior technical authority regarding storm water, drainage and floodplain engineering. A graduate of Southern Methodist University (1984), he is a business owner, project manager and civil engineer who has been involved in some of the largest projects in the history of the State of Texas. He has considerable expertise pertaining to topics related to storm water engineering of all types.
