I have worked in the field of long-term care over 42 years and been licensed as an Administrator since 1983. In 2017 I was the second person in the nation to become a designated Qualified Health Services Executive, (HSE) through the National Association of Boards of Long Term Care Administrators (NAB) in Washington , DC which currently qualifies a speedy path of licensure in 20 states through adoption of the HSE designation by those State Boards, the highest designation nationally.
