I majored in biophysics and biochemistry at Yale University and continued my studies there for medical school, where I discovered my passion for ophthalmology. Afterward, I completed an internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Columbia University, where I had the honor of serving as chief resident.
