Dr. Stoltz received her undergraduate and medical school degrees at the University of Michigan. Following her Internal Medicine residency, she completed fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine and Medical Oncology. Dr. Stoltz joined the medical school faculty of the University of Michigan in December 1997. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Stoltz has a clinical interest in palliative care and hospice and has been a Medical Director with community-based hospices since 1998. She practices in a variety of settings, including an academic hospital's inpatient General Internal Medicine service and outpatient Geriatric Medicine clinic, community-based subacute rehabilitation facilities, community-based long-term care facilities, and community-based home and residential hospice.
