David Sullivan is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (awarded by the American Meteorological Society in 1980) with 47 years of professional experience. His focus is on toxic air pollution including air quality modeling and air quality and meteorological monitoring. He has managed many major air quality studies for the U.S. EPA, including urban-scale studies in multiple urban centers in the U.S. and Eastern Europe, including the study that was conducted by the EPA in West Virginia in response to concerns based on the tragedy in Bhopal, India.
