Dr. Jarvis has been holding leadership positions in addiction medicine for decades, in clinical, academic and policy positions. She has led clinical teams at ASAM levels 3.7 (medically managed inpatient) and 1.7 (medically managed outpatient). She has designed clinical programs and overseen their implementation and maintenance. The programs she has designed and worked with include both medication management and counseling therapies. Dr. Moss is a physician in Utah with board certification in medical toxicology, addiction medicine, and emergency medicine. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology. He serves as medical director of the Utah Poison Control Center and has faculty appointments in Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry, and Pharmacy at the University of Utah.
