Dr. Kennedy has been recognized as an expert in psychiatry by mental health courts in New York City and Rockland County, and has provided testimony on behalf of Mount Sinai Hospital and Rockland Psychiatric Center, a state inpatient facility of the NY Office of Mental Health (OMH).
