As a geomatics engineer, Mr. Curtis has provided project delivery support (GPS control, conventional surveying, photogrammetric mapping, raster imaging, landnet boundary resolution, right of way engineering, and GIS) on projects domestically and abroad. Mr. Will Ikerd, P.E.
