Sandra E. Clark has been working in the field of property management in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties, CA since 1978 to the present day, with over 45 years of "Hands On" experience. She has served as an Expert Witness since 2013, assisting on cases in numerous states including CA, Texas, Colorado and Indiana. She is comfortable in a court environment and has testified in many cases throughout her property management career. Most recently Sandra sucessfully provided expert testimony for the defense in a Federal housing discrimination case in Central Indiana. She is skilled in writing Expert Witness Reports and provides attorney/clients with the information and guidance they need to settle their cases out of court, if that is their preference. As an Expert Witness, she has represented both landlords and tenants.
