Sandra E. Clark has been working in the field of property management in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties, CA since 1978 to the present day, with over 45 years of "Hands On" experience. She has served as an Expert Witness since 2013, assisting on cases in numerous states including CA, Texas, Colorado and Indiana. She is comfortable in a court environment and has testified in many cases throughout her property management career. Most recently Sandra sucessfully provided expert testimony for the defense in a Federal housing discrimination case in Central Indiana. She is skilled in writing Expert Witness Reports and provides attorney/clients with the information and guidance they need to settle their cases out of court, if that is their preference. As an Expert Witness, she has represented both landlords and tenants. She grew up in the industry, starting as a part time management assistant and on site resident manager while attending university in Los Angeles. During the period of 1980 to 1990 she served consecutively as a Property Manager for three Los Angeles based real estate investment and development firms. During that time she worked with all property types, including residential, commercial, retail and industrial. In 1991 Sandra Clark established Angel City West, Inc., providing fee management and brokerage services to property owners to maximinze and improve management operations. After operating for 25 years, the company was sold to Cresent Canyon Management in 2016. Prajna Real Estate Services, Inc. was subsequently established by Sandra to provide property management consulting and expert witness services.
