Eduardo Romero Tagle is a dual-licensed attorney in Mexico and Texas. Licensed in Mexico since 2012 and authorized to practice in all courts of the country, he has been immersed in Mexico's legal and judicial system since 2008, with deep experience in Mexican constitutional, business, commercial, family, and criminal law. Eduardo spent more than a decade in Mexico's Federal Judiciary, including two and a half years as a law clerk in Mexico's Supreme Court, one year as a staff attorney in a Court of Appeals, and four years as a staff attorney for a Supreme Court Justice, including one year as Chief of Staff. In that role, he drafted opinions to be discussed at the Conference of Justices, as well as dissenting opinions on behalf of the Justice; his name appears as author in nearly 200 Supreme Court opinions spanning multiple topics, including high-profile cases involving constitutional and statutory interpretation.
