Two decades as a clinical toxicologist and managing director at the Poison Control Center at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, consulting on toxicology cases from 21 counties in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Expert witness experience has involved cases related to alcohol, drugs of abuse (ie, opioids, marijuana, synthetic cannabinoids, cocaine), carbon monoxide, medication errors, and postmortem toxicology. Dr. Moss is a physician in Utah with board certification in medical toxicology, addiction medicine, and emergency medicine. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology. He serves as medical director of the Utah Poison Control Center and has faculty appointments in Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry, and Pharmacy at the University of Utah. He provides adult and pediatric toxicology consultation at the University of Utah Hospital and Primary Children's Hospital. He also practices addiction medicine at the University of Utah treating substance use disorder including alcohol, methamphetamine, opioids, and benzodiazepines.
