Dr. Emilio M. Justo is a board-certified ophthalmologist with more than 37 years of clinical and surgical experience in comprehensive ophthalmology, cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, oculoplastic surgery, and cosmetic eyelid surgery. He is the founder of Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center and its associated ambulatory surgery center, where he practiced for more than three decades before transitioning to independent consulting, expert witness work, and physician education. Gabriela Rifkin, J.D., M.D., is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist, offering medical and surgical eye care for a variety of conditions. She has experience with cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, conjunctivitis, and many other conditions and diseases affecting the eyes and vision. Dr. Rifkin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she earned her medical degree and her law degree. She completed her internship at MacNeal Hospital in the Chicagoland area, followed by residency in ophthalmology at the University of Rochester in upstate New York.
