For 20 years I have practiced in the area of insurance coverage and is an expert regarding proper claim handling and communication, reserve setting and settlement of claims. I have advised and represented insurers writing coverage across various product lines, including liability, property, professional liability and environmental risks. My counselling has successfully guided high‑exposure coverage disputes across the United States and internationally. In any matter in which there is a question of whether an insurer either has a duty to defend or indemnify any party or claimant, or there is an allegation of bad faith, I am able to assist in a determination of coverage or bad faith.
