A highly regarded legal consultant and expert witness, Professor Mark R. Lee is an expert in Securities Regulation, Corporations, Unincorporated Business Organizations, and Antitrust. In his corporate career, Mr. Miller served as Senior Vice President and then as President of a major nationwide real estate firm with approximately 3,000 employees.
