In recognition of her outstanding achievements, Lehigh University awarded her an Honorary Doctor of Science. Dr. Engstrand practices clinical neurology in Gorham, New Hampshire and is a clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at New York Medical College. For 7 consecutive years, Dr. Engstrand hosted " Neurology with Dr. Engstrand" on radio 710 WOR.
