She conducts workplace investigations in the areas of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, theft and other misconduct. Her expertise also includes delivering one-on-one sensitivity training to executives, managers and employees concerning harassment, discrimination, and disciplinary and/or behavioral issues, providing expert witness assistance, creating policies and procedures as well as and other HR consulting. Allison is a nationally recognized and sought after speaker around the country on workplace investigations, employment law and human resources related topics. Allison West is a member of the State Bar of California and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-SCP certification. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and San Francisco Bar Association.
