Kay Coulter, CRNI, VA-BC provides legal case review and expert opinion for IV therapy/infusion-related malpractice issues; and has been doing so for over 20 years during which time she has consulted on over 100 cases. She will provide a thorough, honest opinion using current IV Therapy references and INS Standards of Practice for any case (plaintiff or defense) set before her. Kay is a proficient IV Therapy clinician who has experience in the outpatient and acute care settings; accessing Implanted Venous Ports, and placing Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC), Peripheral Midlines and Peripheral IV Catheters. Her additional clinical activities include venipuncture for blood collection and IV medication administration.
