Nationwide experience as hydrologist, environmental engineer, and civil engineer, including for construction, operations, design, inspections, floodplains, contamination, toxicity, hazardous waste, spills, grading, remediation, pollution, sinkholes, health and safety, pumping, modeling, odors, soils, dams, regulations, combined sewers, overflows, aquifers, water distribution, water treatment, hydraulic fracturing, Standard of Care, sedimentation, hydroplaning, wetlands, landfills, monitoring, infiltration/inflow, and metering. Forensic cases for Mr. Dutill have comprised federal and state courts, and include damages from approximately $25,000 to approaching $1 billion, with most between $100,000 to $5M.
