Mr. Flettrich has fifty-six years experience in (1) the design and retrofit of energy efficient mechanical, electrical, and control (MEC) systems for both new and existing residential, commercial, industrial and institutional facilities with particular emphasis on HVAC, refrigeration, hydronics, controls, energy conservation, and energy management systems (2) problem solving and (3) cause and origin investigations related to poorly performing or problematic building systems. He is a licensed PE in mechanical, electrical and control systems engineering in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. The combination of his multi-disciplined expertise and his extensive background in design and construction uniquely qualifies him as a forensic expert who is capable of performing comprehensive investigations and eliminates, in many instances, the need to retain multiple engineering experts on cases requiring a multi-disciplined investigation.
