Mr. Hatchett has been engaged in matters involving trade secret theft, intellectual property disputes, departing employees, data exfiltration, spoliation of evidence, electronic intrusion allegations, HIPAA matters, antitrust litigation, breach of contract, employment disputes, bankruptcy, fraud, embezzlement, criminal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. His work frequently involves forensic acquisition, reconstruction of user activity, authentication of digital evidence, detection of deleted or altered data, metadata analysis, and the preparation of expert reports suitable for deposition and trial. In addition to digital forensics, Mr. Hatchett is regularly retained as a forensic audio and forensic video expert.
