Mr. Kuhnow has over 26 years of multidisciplinary experience with focus in geo-structural engineering, soil mechanics, rock mechanics, seismic analysis and design, tailing impoundments, hydropower dams, water dams and reservoirs, surface and underground mining engineering. His project experience includes detailed engineering design of earthen structures, seismic/structural design, geotechnical characterization (surface and underground), slope stabilization, design of rock anchoring systems, rock blasting, ground improvement, reinforced concrete foundations, geohazard evaluations, deep foundations, ground control, tunneling and underground construction. Licensed in 11 sates including AZ, CA, CO, FL, KY, MI, NV, NY, OR, PA, and UT. Mr. Kuhnow has published several technical journals and has peer-reviewed articles for industry professional societies nationally and internationally.
