I am a fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeon. I have been in clinical practice in both spine surgery and general orthopedics for forty years and continue to do so. My PLLC, Spinal Logistics, operates out of Eastern North Carolina with the help of a clerical and scheduling assistant, and a clinical assistant and chaperone. My Independent Medical Evaluation services include record review, a scheduled in person interview, physical examinaton and a written report. I have experience since 2019 with evaluating liability claims, workers compensation claims and causation reports for attorneys, workers compensation carriers, and government orginizations averaging three to four Independent Medical Examinations a month. I am registered with several companies that supply my services to various clients. All records are recieved and reports provided digitally in a HIPPA compliant fashion. I carry errors and omisions insuriance and on site liability insurance. I have been Board certified with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 1988. I am a Fellow of the Americal Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a Diplomat of the Americal Board of Independent Medical Examiners. My CV and fee schedule are available upon request.
