Dr. Jill Rose Crosson is a double board-certified osteopathic physician specializing in Family Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine with more than 15 years of clinical experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related conditions, concussion, orthopedic disorders, and chronic medical conditions. She is the founder of All-In Precision Wellness, where she combines evidence-based primary care, sports medicine, regenerative orthobiologic procedures, and functional medicine to deliver comprehensive patient care. Dr. Crosson has extensive experience caring for athletes at every level, from youth and collegiate competitors to professional and Olympic athletes. She served as a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician for the Philadelphia Phillies Dominican Developmental League and the Lehigh Valley IronPigs and was a physician within the U.S. Ski & Snowboard physician pool. She also served for a decade as team physician for Muhlenberg College and has provided medical coverage for numerous endurance and sporting events. Her practice includes diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal injuries, concussion evaluation, overuse injuries, fracture care, ultrasound-guided procedures, orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and optimization of athletic performance. She recently completed certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), expanding her expertise in identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic disease through personalized, evidence-informed care. Dr. Crosson has taught sports medicine fellows, family medicine residents, medical students, and undergraduate students throughout her career and has authored peer-reviewed publications in orthobiologics, concierge medicine, orthopedic oncology, and sports medicine research. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and maintains active board certification in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine.
