Dr. Frank M. Marlow has served as an effective expert witness for attorneys for over 30 years. He has testified in courts in 8 states on 45 occasions. His outstanding opinions have resulted in large dollar settlements. He was cited in a January 16, 2022 New York Times article for having served as an expert witness in a multi-million dollar settlement in a child sexual abuse matter which took place in a New York residential private school. Dr. Marlow has worked with attorneys in 19 states and the District of Columbia. His areas of expertise are: School Administration and Supervision, School Safety and Discipline. He has served as an expert witness pertaining to matters of child sexual abuse, in at least eighteen cases, for both plaintiffs and defendants. Dr. Marlow has served as a high school principal for 2 years and as a superintendent of schools for 29 years. He has taught as a part time adjunct professor in the graduate school of the State University of New York at Stony Brook .
