I am a board-certified Family Medicine physician with more than 12 years of experience providing comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics. Throughout my career, I have managed the full spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, care coordination, and complex chronic disease management in the outpatient setting. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Villanova University, my Doctor of Medicine from Drexel University College of Medicine, and completed my Family Medicine residency at the University of Florida. I am certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and have served as the lead primary care physician in my practice throughout my clinical career. In addition to my clinical practice, I have developed expertise in healthcare communication and am certified as faculty through the American Academy on Communication in Healthcare (AACH). I have taught medical students and family medicine residents and have supervised, mentored, and trained advanced practice providers. My work has focused not only on clinical excellence but also on improving communication between physicians, patients, and healthcare teams. I have served on numerous physician leadership committees at the practice, regional, and specialty levels, helping develop clinical recommendations, strategic initiatives, quality improvement programs, financial planning, and organizational culture. I also led two primary care clinics through successful Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) certification, gaining extensive experience in quality metrics, value-based care, and practice transformation. I am currently serving as a medical expert in an active malpractice case involving the standard of care in family medicine. My expert witness work includes comprehensive medical record review, standard-of-care analysis, and case consultation, with trial testimony anticipated if the matter proceeds to trial. As an expert witness, I offer the perspective of an actively practicing family physician, educator, healthcare leader, and communication expert.
